Neil Plimmer

Director of Strategy
Neil has been a PGA golf professional for over 20 years. He was the founding director of JOLF Ltd in September 2011, providing engaging and appropriate opportunities for children to play and learn golf and supporting the development of coaches who deliver the programme. Along with Nevil Perryman-Best he was based at a busy family Golf Centre in the heart of Sussex where they delivered a hugely successful coaching programme for children and families. At the cutting edge of coaching children for a number of years, Neil has experience in delivering golf in many different environments and has worked in the school and community sector to support teachers/coaches who deliver sport to children. He is a founder member of The Junior Golf Alliance, a company that provides training and support to people aspiring to become excellent Coaches of children. In late 2016, along with Nevil Perryman Best they set up Brighton Junior Golf.

Jonathan Shipstone

Director of Education
Following graduation from Leeds University with a Post Graduate Certificate in Education, Jonathan went on to study a Masters degree in Education at Sheffield University. His wide and varied teaching experience encompasses children in primary school years up to degree-level students at University. Jonathan has a keen interest in distance learning and in addition to spearheading the Junior Golf Alliance training offering as Director of Education, he is also Director of eLearning at Prince Sultan University in Saudi Arabia.

Nevil Perryman-Best

Director of Sales & Consultancy
Nevil Perryman-Best is a PGA Professional and for 14 years up until neovember 2016 was Director of Teaching at a busy family centre in the South East where he was responsible for overseeing the development of three PGA Professionals, implementing new systems and pathways for all golfers from recruitment level through to full membership. He introduced the JOLF program in 2012 which has grown to become a stand alone business with over 100 children and parents participating every weekend. In January 2015 he joined JOLF Limited as Director of Sales, Support and Consultancy to grow and develop the brand. He is a founder member of Junior Golf Alliance and in late 2016, along with Neil Plimmer, they set up Brighton Junior Golf.

Matthew Orwin

Director of Business
Matthew Orwin has worked in the golf industry for nearly 23 years where he has focused exclusively on commercial golf operations and marketing, working with some of the leading multi-site companies in the UK. He currently runs his own consultancy business, "Golf & Leisure Marketing", and is also the Co-Founder of Promote Training, the first dedicated eLearning provider to the golf and leisure industries. Matthew joined the Board of the Junior Golf Alliance in November 2015 and today holds the position of Director of Business. He has a Masters degree in Business Administration from Edinburgh.
